14-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. If the service has been used, we may issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.

What Counts as "Use"

Use includes any meaningful activity such as creating chores, approving submissions, granting internet time, or using hub features.

Non-Refundable Cases

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
