We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, including Hub hardware and subscriptions. If you're not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked. If the service has been used, you are still eligible for a full refund within the 30-day guarantee period.
Use includes any meaningful activity such as creating chores, approving submissions, granting internet time, or using hub features.
Email support@work4wifi.com with your account email and the reason for your request.
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to Hub hardware purchases as well. If you'd like to return your Hub within 30 days of delivery, contact us at support@work4wifi.com and we'll provide return instructions and issue a full refund once the device is received.
Every Work4WiFi Hub comes with a 12-month hardware warranty from the date of delivery. If your Hub develops a defect or stops working under normal use within 12 months, contact us at support@work4wifi.com and we'll replace it at no cost. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures but does not cover damage from misuse, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.
You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
